You can access your order details at any time by logging into your Star Discount Chemist account.
You may not be receiving notifications due to the following:
- You may have entered the wrong email address or contact number while placing the order
- You accidentally placed an order for online delivery rather than Click and Collect
Notify your collection store that you are not receiving notifications, and they will be able to confirm if your details are correct.
