Can I return products to a store if I purchased them online?
No, online purchases need to be returned to our fulfilment locations.
As Online Delivery purchases are shipped directly from a limited number of fulfilment locations, products purchased online must be returned for assessment, and cannot be returned to your local store. Please follow the instructions specified in the ‘Refund and Return Policy’ under ‘Online Delivery’.
