What happens if the stock is no longer available after I place my order?

Occasionally, an item may be damaged or not available, and this is only discovered when picking your order. In these rare cases, you will receive a notification via email with details of the impacted product(s).

You will have different options to select from to proceed with the order:

  • Partial Cancellation
    (Cancel unavailable items and proceed with remainder of order, partial refund will be processed accordingly)
  • Wait for Stock
    (Order fulfilment continues when stock is back in-store)
  • Cancel Order (Payment will be refunded in full)

You must respond to this request so our team members can continue with your order accordingly. The order will not be ready for collection if you do not respond.
